Viticulture
This cuvée has been produced at the estate since its creation, from vines located entirely in the commune of Verduno. The vines in production here are between seven and twenty years old.
Oenology
Maceration for seven days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for twenty months in tuns, then for a further six months in bottle before being sold.
Suggestions for accompaniment
Wild duck with grapefruit peel confi te - Entrecote with marrow and beetroot in a salt crust - Beef cheek parmentier.
