Viticulture

La Colombe is the traditional wine of the Domaine. This wine is made from a selection of different parcels in Féchy, all cultivated according to biodynamic methods. The harvest is entirely manual.

Oenology

In order to respect the nature of each terroir, the parches are vinified separately and aged on lees. In the spring, the barrels are blended to give birth to a light wine, with fresh and floral aromas, in the tradition of the best Chasselas vaudois.
