A new selection for an estate close to our hearts. Maryline Taurian has taken over the family estate and converted it to organic farming, which is now certified. This is the first vintage of this cuvée and, above all, of this terroir, which she decided to isolate: the wine has a lovely honeyed, greedy nose, in which we can make out a real expression of the terroir. A streamlined attack for a fat, full-bodied wine with a very fine, salty finish. A more than encouraging start: well done Maryline!
