Viticulture
History has it that in the year of grace 1356, the Count of Savoy Amédée VI, known as the Green Count, granted the Paccot family the coat of arms of La Colombe, symbol of peace. Three years before Amédée VI became part of the great history of the Pays de Vaud... and more than five centuries before Jules Paccot bought his first vineyard plots in Féchy!
Oenology
Today, Amédée VI is the name of a particular wine of the Domaine, made in homage to its ancestors, in order to carry the colours and the ambition of the family's terroirs high.
