IGP Pays d'Oc, Embruns de Viognier, Michel Gassier - 2021

On the clay and silt soils characteristic of the Costières, Michel Gassier and his team practice a demanding viticulture in order to bring the great southern grape varieties to ideal maturity. Among them, Viognier, which gives here a thirst-quenching wine, aromatic and fresh, rich in texture, but easy to drink. The price/pleasure ratio is of the highest order!
