We no longer need to introduce this cult estate from Graubünden! In the house range, this wine is positioned as a Premier Cru, due to its refinement and method of production. With its luminous ruby colour, the nose gives off spicy and fruity aromas of black berries; on the palate, it is both elegant and full-bodied, dense; a great pinot noir that looks towards Burgundy, with a long and vibrant finish.

Viticulture

The Donatsch family, based in Malans, has been associated with the greatness of Graubünden wines for several generations. Today, Thomas's son Martin is in charge of the estate and continues the tradition with his own touch, especially with the "Unique" series.

Oenology

From the old "Spiger" vineyard. Classic fermentation in wood and ageing in new and second-hand barrels. This cuvée is the equivalent of a Premier Cru.
