This is without doubt the finest Syrah of Marie-Thérèse's career! Noble and pure nose of blackcurrant, mint, eucalyptus, pepper, with notes that evoke minerality. Delicate, lacy, very sapid, fresh and crisp on the palate, built on a good structure. Ideally extracted tannin. A pure wine that joins the Valais pantheon of the best vintages of this grape variety.
