If there is one winemaker whose history is linked to that of the Club, it is Laurent Villard who, in addition to looking after his cellar Les Parcelles, has been a collaborator of CAVE for... 30 years! In 2020, his Convergence is dressed in the garb of the sunny years with a nose of infusion (camomile), aromatic herbs and almond. On the palate, it is suave, with Rhône accents that suit it well.
