Christophe Bosson's talents as a reasonable farmer are well known, but we can now taste his talents as a winemaker, as he now signs his wines under his own name, notably a very fine Cabernet Franc, produced on the Bardonnex hillside, a magnificent but little known Geneva terroir with a false air of Hermitage. The wine is a pure delight and takes on notes of pepper and violets when aired (decant for 30 minutes, serve at 15°).
