Tthis model cellar remains an absolute reference for fendant, and rightly so, because this remarkable Trémazières (named after its great terroir, limestone) combines subtle floral notes on the nose with a characteristic mineral touch. The body, superbly balanced and vinous, enchants the palate with its dry character and the length typical of local wines.

Technique

Viticulture

Vines located on the place called "Trémazières", with a very calcareous, gravelly and compact soil. The vineyard is in organic conversion (biosuisse).

Oenology

The grapes are not crushed and are gently pressed. Settling and slow alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 20O. Aged on fine lees until the beginning of March. Bottling in April.
