In the area known as "Prés-des-Pierres", with very gravelly limestone soil.
Oenology
Harvested at 83° Oe, hand-picked. Harvested without crushing and gently pressed. Settling and slow alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 20°. Aged on fine lees until early March. Bottled in April.

Aperitif - Raclette - Vegetable curry - Alpine cheese.
