Plateau of ancient alluvium containing rolled pebbles. Old vines, low yield. The vines have been worked according to an organic farming concept since 1970. Yields of about 25 hl/ha.
Total de-stemming and long maceration (25 to 30 days). Aged in barrels, 40% of which are new.
