This white Clos des Grives is an extremely rare wine. It is rich, with a fine aromatic presence: it opens with aromas of dried apricot and juicy pear, to which are added notes of lime blossom and jasmine. The attack is rich and balanced, with a structure carried by great tension. The finish is beautifully bitter.
