On the eastern edge of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation (Les Cassanets, Cha- pelle Saint-Georges), the estate has a large number of parcels of very old Grenache vines (80%) to which Syrah and Cinsault have been added. All these plots are planted on sand.
