Small stony terraces of marl and limestone above 500m altitude, facing south and east.
Harvested 100% by hand, by a small family team, during the 2nd half of September and until October 4. Vinification ¾ stainless steel tank, ¼ oak tank. T° controlled to stay below 15°. No malolactic fermentation. Yield: Between 30 and 35 Hl/ha. Total production: 17,000 bt.
