The latest addition to the range, this vintage appeared in 2017 from the 2016 blends, as the estate’s Grenache batches were remarkable. It is therefore produced every time the vintage allows it. The wine is juicy, fresh and fruity, a delicate expression of the grape variety and an elegant reflection of the terroir. It almost smells like pinot!

Viticulture

Clay and silt soil. Yield limitation by disbudding and green harvesting. Manual leaf removal to promote ripening and the health of the grapes.

Oenology

Hand-picked and sorted. Skin contact maceration at low temperature for 12 hours. Fermentation in vats and maturation on lees with stirring until Christmas. Fining, filtration and bottling in March.
