Viticulture
Soil with an acid pH (4.4-4.6) composed of yellow sands and red/orange porfitic sands of volcanic origin.
Oenology
All the grapes are hand-picked only from selected plots. Fermentation takes place in a combination of steel vats (90%) and used barrels (10%).
