Produced on a granite terroir and vinified without the use of wood, this Cornalin d'esthète is a ripe, rich and sunny wine, with superb nuances of black cherry jam. It is very full, noticeably vinous and will age well! To drink it young, it can be decanted for thirty minutes and served at 15°.
