This single-vineyard cuvée reveals an intense and nuanced profile, blending blackberry, rose and spices with great precision. The palate is full-bodied and generous, driven by ripe black fruit, almost sun-kissed, yetremaining balanced. The tannins are present but perfectly integrated, adding depth without heaviness. A concentrated and warm wine that accurately reflects the identity of the terroirs of La Crau.

Viticulture

The Terres de la Crau Rouge is home to the estate’s oldest vines, located in the famous “La Crau” vineyard within the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault take root in the rounded pebble, sand, and clay soils of La Crau.

Oenology

Hand-harvested into 20-kg crates, hand-sorted in the vineyard and at the winery, transferred to vats by gravity, fully crushed, and partially destemmed. Maceration for 25 to 35 days in temperature-controlled concrete vats, with extraction achieved through racking and pumping over. Only indigenous yeasts and lactic acid bacteria are used. Aged on lees in large oak casks for 20 months.
