This selection comes from the plots of Château Roques de Jeanlice located in the heart of the limestone plateau of the entre deux mers (commune of Rauzan). Nature of the soil: clay and limestone. Average age of the vines: 25 years. Planting density: 3500 vines/ha. Machine harvesting.
On arrival in the cellar: sorting table (6-8 people) then complete destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Extraction by fractional pumping-over plus delestage. Long vatting time of 30 days. Aged for 10 months with 40% in barrels.
