Viticulture
Production: 200,000 bottles. Dry Graves terroir on clay and shell limestone subsoil. Double Guyot pruning. Average age of vines: 25 years. Rootstock: Riparia Gloire de Montpellier - 101.14 / 3309. Planting density: 10,000 vines/hectare.
Oenology
Vinification in temperature-controlled wooden and stainless steel vats. Maturation in oak barrels. Annual renewal of 50% to 70%. Maturation period: 15 to 22 months. Fining with egg whites in barrels depending on the vintage. Consulting oenologists: Michel Rolland and Athanase Fakorellis.
