Double Guyot pruning for the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cordon for the Merlot and Petit Verdot. Planting density: 7,200 vines/ha. Average age of the vineyard: 25 years. Traditional cultivation with mechanical soil maintenance. Reasoned protection. Manual green harvesting: de-budding, de-leafing, trimming, thinning.
