Viticulture

The wine was for a long time produced by the Moueix family, but the Chasseuil family has recently (since the 2000 vintage) taken over the running of the estate, which is ideally situated in the Clinet, l'Eglise-Clinet, Clos l'Eglise and, on the other side of the road, Latour sector of Pomerol. The soils are clayey-limestone and clayey-siliceous. The vines have an average age of over 20 years.
