Winegrowing is a profession of passion and elective affinities. One chooses to go down this path as much as one is chosen. Born in Botosani, in the north of Romania, Valentina Andrei has been fascinated by the world of wine since her childhood. She secretly dreams of one day coming to Bordeaux and attending the Institute of Oenology. Fate will choose for her. In less than ten years, Valentina's wines shine in the firmament of the best wines of the Valais. Today, she owns and rents plots in several communes, Grimisuat, Leytron, Sion, Martigny and of course Fully (Chargeux, Seilles, Carroz, Combe d'Enfer and Combe de Noutse). Places that Valentina loves and magnifies. Her secret? Advanced viticulture, respectful of...
