Technique

Viticulture

This wine is made from the 2023 harvest. The terroirs that compose it come from a blend of plots located in Bisseuil, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and Avenay-Val-d'Or, on clay-limestone soils characteristic of the region.

Oenology

Made exclusively from free run juice, this wine is vinified in oak barrels. The blend includes 28% reserve wines (2021 and 2022) aged in large oak casks. The wine is not filtered before bottling.
