Born from a terroir shared between Avize and Cramant, Chemin de Chalons brilliantly expresses the duality of these two villages: the straightforwardness of the former and the chalky tenderness of the latter. The old vines, deeply rooted in decomposed chalk, deliver a juice of rare intensity, without ever losing its finesse. Fermentation and aging in barrels of various sizes give it a subtle relief, where notes of ripe citrus, wax, and wet stone intertwine with pinpoint precision.
