Produced from the Haut de la Pirouette plot, planted in 1960, this wine comes from south-facing vines grown on clay-limestone soils.
Oenology
The vinification, using only cuvée juices, is carried out in oak barrels with 10 months' ageing on lees. The wine is unfiltered and has zero dosage.
