Technique

Viticulture

Produced from two plots, Les Côtes planted in 1963 and Les Rocheforts planted in 1962, this wine comes from south-facing vines grown on clay-limestone soils.

Oenology

The vinification, made exclusively from free run juice, is carried out in oak barrels with 10 months of aging on lees. The wine is unfiltered and has a dosage of 2 g/l.
