A surprising nose of incense, creosote and black fruits, highlighted by a millimetric breeding, which precedes a harmonious, slender mouth!

Viticulture

The estate is located in San Carlo di Sessa Aurunca at an altitude of 400m. The vines are planted at a density of 4'500 vines/ha. Planting years: 1990, 1994 and 1996. Organic cultivation.

Oenology

Maceration of the skins for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in vats and maturation in new Allier oak barrels for 12 months.
