Viticulture

Vines 10 to 20 years old planted directly in the sand and clay. Terroirs of Giba, Masainas, S. Anna Arresi. South / south-west exposure. Guyot cultivation.

Oenology

Vinification in stainless steel vats. Maceration for 7-8 days. Aged in vats and then in bottles for 3 months.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Gamberoni sautéed with lemongrass • Sea bass with artichokes • Mussels.
