Viticulture
This property has been in the family for several generations. It already belonged to Henri Greloud, the great-great-grandfather of Jacques Guinaudeau, who founded Lafleur in 1872. The estate covers 15 hectares on the second cordon of clay-limestone soils in the Fronsadais region. For this cuvée, 2.3 hectares. Clay-limestone soils. Sustainable viticulture.
Oenology
Harvested by hand and sorted twice in the vineyard. Low-pressure pressing. Fermentation 60% in stainless steel vats, 30% in new barrels, 10% in one-year-old barrels. Aged for 8 months in oak barrels, including 2 months with stirring of the lees.
