The Cannubi vineyard is located in the commune of Barolo. South and south-east exposure. Average age of the vines: 25 years. The soils are clay-limestone, shallow, with sparse sandy layers. First vintage produced: 1985.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in vats with a 6 to 7 day skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation and maturation are carried out in French oak demi-muids (24 months maturation).
